Dear AmCham members, as every year, we took the opportunity to organize the Annual Thanksgiving Charity Drive to share with those who need it the most in our community.  

Thanks to your contributions, we are happy to announce that AmCham Slovakia and its members donate 5,500 eur to:

The Civic Assosiation Childhood for the Children has been founded by two local teachers and it operates “Domček” – a place, which simulates a typical household. They meet with local Roma girls and women to prepare them for responsible motherhood and help them with child-rearing and household organization. They run a complex program of early care for the youngest children born into generational poverty in the local marginalized Roma community.
