advocated for a more balanced scheme of insolvency moratorium.
Following the Slovak Government´ approval of its initial version, AmCham sent a letter to Minister of Justice M. Kolíková and subsequently chairmen of the parliamentary Economic Affairs (P. Kremský) and Constitutional Committee (M. Vetrák) with recommendations calling for a more balanced approach towards creditors and debtors. The amendment was signed by H.E. Z.
