Come and discuss the issue of gold-plating in occupation health services (OH&S) with experts from VVA Brussels and KPMG Slovakia, who will present preliminary findings of their research into the extent to which Slovak regulations guiding OH&S exceed minimum requirements stipulated by EU legislation. The study is conducted on behalf of the Better Regulation Centre of the Slovak Business Agency and is financed by the Structural Reform Support Service of the European Commission. Conclusions from the workshop’s discussion will be incorporated into the analysis with the aim to initiate legislative changes in the area of OH&S.
