Despite your non-participation in the event, you will be invoiced the full amount after the event.

Participation of companies from the same industry is limited, please register as soon as possible if interested.

Participation fee:

€ 20 for members of organizing chambers

€ 35 for non-members.

The participation fee will be invoiced to you after the event.

16:00 - 16:15 Registration

16:15 - 16:30 Opening of the event and clarification of the rules

16:30 - 18:30 10 meetings

18:30 - 19:30 Business Cocktail

Aim of the event:

This type of event offers participants a unique opportunity to present their company, products and services in a 10-minute "one to one" and discuss possible collaboration. The individual meetings are followed by a business cocktail.

Meeting rules:

• Members of all organizing chambers have the opportunity to meet during the evening.
• The first meeting place of the participant will be determined during registration by means of a ticket with the number and the letter A or B.
• In each of the meetings, each of the participants has 3 minutes to present their company and its services or products. During the remaining 4 minutes, both participants can discuss possible cooperation.
• After 10 minutes and the signal sounds, the participant with the letter A remains in the original place, while the participant with the letter B moves to the next table.
• Each short meeting creates a unique opportunity to expand your network of contacts, potential clients or suppliers.
