• 16:30 - 18:30 10 meetings
• 18:30 - 19:30 Business Cocktail 

This type of event offers participants a unique opportunity to present their company, products and services in a 10-minute "one to one" and discuss possible cooperation. Individual meetings are followed by a business cocktail.

Registration:

Please register no later than May 20, 2024.

Cancellation of confirmed participation is not possible after 5/20/2024

Despite your non-participation in the event, you will be invoiced for the full amount after the event.

The participation of companies from the same industry is limited, if you are interested, register as soon as

possible.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LIST OF REGISTERED YOU SEE ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT COMPLETE AND ONLY REPRESENTS GUESTS REGISTERED THROUGH AMCHAM. 

Participation fee:

€26 for members of the organizing chambers

€69 for non-members.

The participation fee will be invoiced to you after the event.

Meeting rules:

• Members of all organizing chambers have the opportunity to meet during the evening.

• The participant's first meeting place will be determined during registration using a ticket with a number and the letter A or B.

• In each of the meetings, each of the participants has 3 minutes to present their company and its services or products. During the remaining 4 minutes, both participants can discuss possible cooperation.

• After 10 minutes have passed and the signal sounds, the participant with the letter A remains in the original place, while the participant with the letter B moves to the next table.

• Each short meeting creates a unique opportunity to expand your network of contacts, potential clients or suppliers.
