The conference will take place on 12 November at the National Football Stadium in Bratislava. This year we have put our full effort into it and have prepared an almost twelve-hour programme marathon, which will not only be about expert presentations and discussions, but also about pleasant personal meetings and networking. The 10th edition of the HR TRENDS conference focused on one of the most current concepts in the world of HR and business - Purposeful Leadership or Meaningful Leadership of People and Organizations. We will present it through two experts who are members of the Amrop Global Board - Annika Farin and Oana Ciornei will speak in Bratislava. Igor Šulík from Amrop Slovakia will also speak with them about how to steer organisations towards a new, more sustainable path of success. We are also looking forward to the participation of Ryan Sherman from Hogan Assessment USA on the topic of Leadership Effectiveness.
