We live in a time of significant changes that profoundly affect our mental wellbeing. The pandemic, armed conflicts, climate crisis, and social polarization are changing how we live and work. Be part of a discussion on the occasion of European Public Health Week 2025, where we will present current data on Slovaks' mental health and the innovative "Trees of Kindness" project, which brings mutual understanding and humanity to the wider public.

This discussion, organized in collaboration with the NGO Journey to Mental Health, SAVEZ, and AmCham, will introduce specific tools to support mental health in various organizations. The event is held under the auspices of the Chief Expert of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic for Psychiatry, Assoc. Prof. Ľubomíra Izáková.
