Keynote Speaker BIO:

Shelli Brunswick is a global strategist advancing innovation and economic competitiveness in emerging technologies. She served as a U.S. Air Force officer in space acquisition and national policy, including as a Professor at the Defense Acquisition University and later as a legislative liaison to the U.S. Congress. She went on to hold senior executive roles in the global space sector before founding SB Global LLC, advising governments and industry on innovation-driven growth. She is a Forbes Technology Council contributor and author of the What’s Space Got to Do With It? series. A Project Team Chair at the International Space University and Visiting Scholar at the Blue Marble Space Institute of Science, she contributes to international collaboration at the intersection of space, innovation, and strategic development. Her keynote engagements include the World Economic Forum, the United Nations General Assembly Science Summit, and major international technology forums including LEAP and DeepFest. Her work strengthens transatlantic collaboration and advances innovation as a pillar of economic security.
