Valaliky Industrial Park is located south of Košice, is one of Slovakia’s largest and most modern industrial and logistics hubs, attracting global investors such as VOLVO due to its prime location, infrastructure, and workforce availability. The Industrial Park was designed and prepared with a strong accent on environmental aspects and in close cooperation with the local communities and municipalities. Significant resources were dedicated to the revitalization of local biotopes, including the Valaliky channel surrounded by a 50-ha-plus green belt separating zone from the housing. Rainwater and groundwater management systems secure water retention in the area and serve as anti-flooding measures. Anti–noise barriers are integral parts of newly built rail and road infrastructure. During the short excursion, you will have the opportunity to see the scale, possibilities, and options for your future business development.
