What are the objectives of the workshop?

• Navigate the requirements of the legislation and understand their practical impact on your organisation
• Learn how to set up a remuneration structure in line with legislative requirements
• Understand how to define criteria for comparing equal work and work of equal value
• Prepare for the development of an internal equal pay policy and the implementation of related internal processes
• Understand the requirements for gender pay reporting
• Learn how to identify and analyse gender pay gaps and prepare to justify or address them
• Master transparent communication about remuneration within your organisation, including communication with employees and employee representatives, as well as handling related requests

The workshop will be enriched with up-to-date experience from implementing the legislation in Slovak organisations, including the most common practical challenges and recommended solutions for meeting the new obligations.
