As we do every month, we would like to inform you about some of the most important AmCham media appearances.   

On July 4, dozens of online portals (including nextech.sk, akcnezeny.sk, euractiv.sk, sita.sk, economics.sk) published a press release about AmCham's celebration of 20 years of its presence in the region, as well as three decades of US-Slovak diplomatic relations. The text includes comments by Martina Slabejová and Katarína Miňová.

On July 4, sme.sk and pravda.sk portals published commentaries on the recently released competitiveness ranking, which has seen Slovakia drop by four spots to #53 out of 64 monitored economies. Martina Slabejová, AmCham's Executive Director, commented on the results and this negative trend.

On July 10, TREND published an article examining the situation of foreign employers in Slovakia and the challenges they face, especially when it comes to brining in foreign workforce. The article mentions AmCham's BSCF forum and quotes representatives of its members.
 
On July 19, the Slovak Spectator published a commentary by AmCham policy officers Kristína Gotthardová and Tomáš Jucha on the opportunities and risks of generative AI and the impact of current technological breakthroughs on our value systems.
