White & Case legacy team joins Hillbridges
Less than a year after White & Case pull-out from the Slovak market, the ex-White & Case partner Zoran Draškovič and counsel Peter Hodál join Hillbridges as partners and bring to the table a strong team of five lawyers, including managing associates Barbora Malík and Lukáš Královič and associate Alex Medek.
The team will boost Hillbridges’ Corporate/M&A, Litigation, Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate practices.

Zoran Draškovič has broad experience in M&A, energy, infrastructure, real estate, finance and regulatory matters and is consistently recognised as one of the leading experts in Slovakia in the areas of Corporate/M&A and Energy. Zoran brings with him 13 years of experience at W&C and 4 years at Linklaters prior to that.
Peter Hodál has significant experience in litigation, public procurement, project finance, construction law, EU law and administrative law. Peter represents clients in commercial and administrative disputes, both before Slovak and EU courts, as well as in white collar and cartel investigations. Peter was heavily involved on major PPP projects in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Peter joined W&C in 2008.
Barbora Malík will strengthen Hillbridges’ Corporate and M&A team with her substantial experience in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Barbora has also advised on major construction projects. Barbora was part of W&C since 2015.
Lukáš Královič’s practice focuses on litigation and energy. He has deep knowledge of the regulation in various industries and has advised on complex development projects. Lukáš was part of W&C since 2011.
Alex Medek’s area of expertise is real estate and construction, where he has been involved in numerous M&A transactions, as well as greenfield and brownfield projects. Alex joined W&C in 2015.
