Candidates for the AmCham Board of Directors 2023

Let us take this opportunity to remind you that the American Chamber of Commerce in the Slovak Republic will hold the 2023 General Assembly on Wednesday, May 3, 2022.

At the General Assembly, AmCham Slovakia will announce the outcome of this year´s elections for the Board of Directors. To ensure that you are able to make an informed decision when casting your ballot, AmCham Slovakia has prepared a special election brochure with detailed information about each candidate for the Board of Directors that you can download here:

Official ballots will be sent by e-mail to all members in good standing (*)

Based on the AmCham statutes adopted by last year’s General Assembly, members of the chamber will elect four (4) vacant BoD positions for a 3-year term of office at the upcoming General Assembly. All AmCham members in good standing* will be eligible to cast their votes in the election process.

Members will be able to submit their vote either in advance or in person at the General Assembly during registration.

Voting in advance will be possible via e-mail or by sending the printed ballot by regular mail to AmCham, Jurkovičova tepláreň, Bottova 1/1, 811 09 Bratislava, Slovenská republika.

Deadline by which your online ballots have to be delivered by email to AmCham is 2 May 2023 by 10:00 AM. The printed ballots must be delivered to AmCham by 2 May 2023.

We do encourage each of our member companies to cast their ballots in our online election to ensure that your voice is heard, as important decisions are to be made by the members.

(*) Members in good standing are all those that have paid 2023 AmCham membership dues.
