AmCham Slovakia committee and task force elections – call for voting @Dec4
AmCham Slovakia, in accordance with its statutes and following the call for nominations, is launching the committee and task forces leadership elections 2023 voting on 29 November 2023.
Members of the following seven committees and task forces are invited to cast their votes within the election process of one (1) chair and two (2) vice-chair positions respectively, for the two-years tenure starting as of 1 January 2024:
- Construction Law Task Force
- Restructuring and Insolvency Task Force
- Tax Committee
- ESG Committee
- Business Academic Cooperation Committee
- Employment and Social Affairs Committee
- Health Care Committee
For your convenience, please find candidates´ profiles and supporting nomination materials below. The voting takes place digitally via email on 29 November – 4 December 2023 (23:59 PM) following the electronic communication of respective committee/task force policy coordinator (member of AmCham Slovakia policy/advocacy team). Please note:
- we accept 1 vote per organization, meaning one (1) member company has one (1) vote on the committee. Your vote will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party;
- only committee/task force members registered on the respective committee/task force mailing list as of November 10, 2023 are eligible to vote and be elected;
- the elections are conducted entirely by electronic means (email).
Please cast a vote of the member company you represent by replying to the electronic communication of your respective committee/task force policy coordinator by December 4, 2023 (23:59 PM). Please note that votes received after this date will not be valid and counted. Results of the voting process will be announced on AmCham Slovakia webpage within one week after the election period. We thank all AmCham Slovakia member companies for their continuous support and should you have any questions regarding the election and voting process, do not hesitate to contact your respective committee/task force policy coordinator.
