Candidates for the AmCham Board of Directors 2026
Let us take this opportunity to remind you that AmCham Slovakia will hold the 2026 General Assembly online on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
At the General Assembly, AmCham Slovakia will announce the outcome of
this year´s elections for the Board of Directors. To ensure that you are
able to make an informed decision when casting your ballot, AmCham
Slovakia has prepared a special election brochure with detailed
information about each candidate for the Board of Directors that you can
download here:
Official ballots will be sent by e-mail on April 13, 2026
Based on the AmCham statutes adopted in 2022, members of the chamber will elect four (4) vacant BoD positions for a 3-years term of office at the upcoming General Assembly. All AmCham members in good standing* will be eligible to cast their votes in the election process.
Members will be able to submit their vote via e-mail or by sending the printed ballot by regular mail to AmCham, Jurkovičova tepláreň, Bottova 1/1, 811 09 Bratislava, Slovenská republika.
Deadline by which your online ballots have to be delivered by email to AmCham is April 27, 2026 by 11:00 AM. The printed ballots must be delivered to AmCham by April 27, 2026.
We do encourage each of our member companies to cast their ballots in our online election to ensure that your voice is heard, as important decisions are to be made by the members.
(*) Members in good standing are all those that have paid 2026 AmCham membership dues.
