Agenda:

The webinar is intended for all companies associated with the Building Act. It will serve to support national discussions and the ground for cooperation and dialogue between professionals and government on this topic.

The main goal of the webinar is to provide a brief overview of the historical background focusing on fundamental legislative changes and predominantly draw attention to the need for a new concept stemming from market requirements and application practices.

The speaker, Martin Jacko, managing partner of the international law firm LANSKY, GANZGER + Partner, will talk about challenges of the current legislation, the need to adapt various legal institutes that cause complications and prolong the whole process. He will also partially deal with topics that directly affect the construction process, namely EIA, energy efficiency and digitalization in construction. The conclusion of the discussion will be also devoted to the planned amendment to the Building Act.

LANSKY, GANZGER + Partner is a member of the BIM association Slovakia, which creates conditions for anchoring the legislative and standard framework of BIM in Slovakia. Martin is a member of a working group for electronic and digitization of construction administration in connection with the current preparation of building regulations, which operates at the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic.

Stavebný zákon - súčasné výzvy a potrebné zmeny

Webinár je určený pre všetky spoločnosti, ktorých sa stavebný zákon dotýka. Bude slúžiť na podporu vládnych diskusií a tiež ako základ pre spoluprácu a dialóg medzi odborníkmi a vládou v tejto oblasti.

Hlavným cieľom webinára je poskytnúť stručný prehľad histórie so zameraním na zásadné legislatívne zmeny a predovšetkým upriamiť pozornosť na potrebu nového konceptu vyplývajúceho z požiadaviek trhu a aplikácii v praxi.

Prednášajúci, Martin Jacko, riadiaci partner medzinárodnej advokátskej kancelárie LANSKY, GANZGER + Partner, bude hovoriť o výzvach súčasnej legislatívy, potrebe úpravy rôznych právnych inštitútov, ktoré spôsobujú komplikácie a predlžujú celý proces. Čiastočne sa bude zaoberať aj témami, ktoré sa priamo dotýkajú procesu výstavby a to najmä procesu EIA, energetickej efektívnosti a digitalizácie vo výstavbe. Záver diskusie bude venovaný aj pripravovanej novele stavebného zákona.

LANSKY, GANZGER + Partner je členom BIM asociácie Slovensko, ktoré vytvára podmienky pre ukotvenie legislatívneho a normového rámca BIMu na Slovensku. Martin je členom pracovnej skupiny pre elektronizáciu a digitalizáciu stavebnej správy v nadväznosti na aktuálnu prípravu stavebných predpisov, ktorá pôsobí na Ministerstve dopravy a výstavby SR.
