He shares what it means to “lead with heart” and challenge assumptions about the practical mechanics of management. It worked at Best Buy, and Joly is ready to proclaim that it’s not just the right way to lead but also the profitable way. It is the very heart of business.

Hubert Joly is the former chairman and CEO of Best Buy. He is on the boards of Johnson & Johnson and Ralph Lauren and is a senior lecturer at Harvard Business School.
