Join us for an HR Breakfast focused on the most common immigration route for non-EU nationals hired locally in Slovakia: the temporary residence permit for employment purposes.
We’ll cover:
- Overview of the process — how it works, timeline, and required documents (including how to organize Confirmation on the possibility to fill a vacancy)
- Key details — how long the permit is typically granted, when to start the renewal process, and what documentation should be maintained in the HR file
- Handling changes — what to do if the employee is promoted, changes job positions, or if HR wants to hire someone already holding such a permit
- Employer obligations — practical steps and responsibilities at each stage
The session will equip HR professionals with essential administrative know-how to manage non-EU hires confidently.
