Mental Health in Companies and Society

Tuesday, Jun 06, 2023 From 08:30 to 12:00

Jurkovičova Tepláreň, Bottova 1, Bratislava

Workshop

CAPACITY IS FULL

Mental health at work is a critical component of employee well-being and has a significant impact on workers' behavior and productivity. When employees experience poor mental health, it can lead to a wide range of negative outcomes, such as decreased motivation, increased absenteeism, and reduced job satisfaction. This can have a detrimental effect on overall productivity, as well as the bottom line of a company. On the other hand, promoting mental health at work can have a positive impact on employees' well-being, leading to improved motivation, higher levels of job satisfaction, and increased productivity.

In order to help you to manage the mental health aspects of your employees and at the same time to increase the value and potential of your organisation or company, we invite you to the interactive workshop where experts from Mental health league as well as representatives of companies will discuss with you issues such as how mental health is related to the management system, how it relates to diversity and to the concept of agility and what is worth doing for mental health of employees at work and what is not. Since one way to address these challenges is to create a psychologically safe work environment, where employees feel comfortable to express their opinions, concerns, or needs without fear of negative consequences, therefore we will also discuss this matter with you.
