• 4:00pm – 4:15pm          Registration and technical test  
• 4:15pm - 4:30pm          Opening of the Speed Business Meeting, draw of starting positions and clarifying rules
• 4:30pm - 6:30pm          10 B2B meetings, closing remarks
• 6:30pm - 7:30pm          Business cocktail 

The purpose of the event:

This type of meeting offers participants a unique space to present their companies, products and services during 10-minutes one-to-one meetings and to discuss potential collaboration.  

Language: English (or according to agreement)

Ground rules:

During the evening, members of all organising Chambers of Commerce will have the opportunity to meet each other.

The participant's first session place will be assigned during registration via a ticket with a number and the letter A or B

Each participant will have 3 minutes after the start to introduce their company, services or products. 

During the next 4 minutes, participants can discuss a potential collaboration. 

After 10 minutes and the signal, the participants with the letter A stay in their place while the participants with the letter B move to the next table. 

Each short session offers a great opportunity to expand your network of contacts, potential clients and suppliers.

Registration deadline: May 29th, 2023

Cancellation of confirmed registration is not possible after May 29th, 2023.

In spite of your absence at the event, the full amount will be invoiced after the event.

Registration fee:

26 € for members of the organising chambers

49 € for non members
