This workshop is primarily intended for small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing and service sectors that want to gain a comprehensive overview of resource-saving opportunities and implement specific measures. Companies will also learn how to use sustainable resources in their business operations.
At the workshop, you will learn to:
- Identify and assess weaknesses in your company from an environmental perspective;
 - Map the current state of your company in terms of the environment (input and output analysis);
 - Gain external insights focused on reducing operating costs and enhancing environmental sustainability;
 - Set KPIs in environmental and energy areas;
 - Prepare for ESG reporting in areas such as GHG emissions and circular economy.
