In today's interconnected and fast-paced world, the ability to effectively collaborate within teams is emerging as a vital skill for future success. The combined expertise of a diverse team is crucial for problem-solving, generating innovative solutions, and nurturing creativity. Well-functioning teams are more resilient and better equipped to handle future uncertainties. Despite this well-known fact, there is still a tendency to overly focus on individual talent and underestimate the power of teamwork and collaboration. While most of us believe that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, we often approach team development intuitively, rather than intentionally. Why not explore proven techniques to purposefully enhance our teams, instead of sticking to the same old approach? This Topical Focus Event offers original methods to guide teams in collaborating more effectively and improving team competency development

What to look forward to?

  • Learn how to upgrade competency development and encourage participative competency development in a team
  • Explore the Team Competency Matrix tool and how it can be utilized to drive learning within the team
  • Utilize your collaborative skills in a safe space
  • Unleash original methods to involve every team member in the decision-making process

What will be the key takeaways?

  • How to involve people in competency development
  • What are the ways a team can make a decision
  • Two new and practical tools for L&D and Team Development – Team Competency Matrix and Team Decision Matrix

The time is now: Take action today to prepare for the future. Join us to equip yourself with the skills needed to thrive in a collaborative, future-oriented workplace.
