Third Floor (Jurkovičova tepláreň), Bottova 1, Bratislava
Part of the Festival of Future
In today's interconnected and fast-paced world, the ability to effectively collaborate within teams is emerging as a vital skill for future success. The combined expertise of a diverse team is crucial for problem-solving, generating innovative solutions, and nurturing creativity. Well-functioning teams are more resilient and better equipped to handle future uncertainties. Despite this well-known fact, there is still a tendency to overly focus on individual talent and underestimate the power of teamwork and collaboration. While most of us believe that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, we often approach team development intuitively, rather than intentionally. Why not explore proven techniques to purposefully enhance our teams, instead of sticking to the same old approach? This Topical Focus Event offers original methods to guide teams in collaborating more effectively and improving team competency development.
