Even as technology advances, there will still be crucial skills related to working with people and managing and leading them. At a time when top-down management is becoming increasingly obsolete, this Topical Focus Event introduces an approach to leadership that emphasizes the future skills needed to make effective decisions and foster a culture of accountability within organizations. Collaboration, communication, and transparency are the cornerstones of new management practices where management is everyone’s responsibility.

Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by the number of decisions you make? Do you find delegating authority a long, unclear, or strenuous process? Or are you simply a team leader or member wanting to clarify the decision-making process in your team? Who decides about what goes to the heart of organizational management?

Talking about empowering employees is great, but making it happen is another thing altogether. During the event, participants will master their skills in effective delegation and decision-making, as well as strategies for engaging and empowering team members with greater accountability.

What to look forward to?

  • Myth-busting about delegation and empowerment
  • Deep dive into the topic of authority flow in organizations
  • Debate the key management topic – accountability and ownership
  • Unleash how to set up a Delegation Board

What will be the key takeaways?

  • Understanding the Seven Levels of Delegation
  • A new managerial tool for driving ownership in your teams – Delegation Poker
  • Tips and tricks on how to set up decision-making in your organization

The time is now: Take action today to prepare for the future. Join us for a Topical Focus Event and master modern leadership paradigms, delegation, and decision-making skills.
