4:15pm - 4:30pm            Opening of the Speed Business Meeting, draw of starting positions and clarifying rules

 4:30pm - 6:30pm           10 B2B meetings

 6:30pm - 7:30pm            Business cocktail

Purpose of the event:

This type of meeting offers participants a unique space to present their companies, products, and services during 10-minute one-to-one meetings and to discuss potential collaboration. 

Language: English (or according to agreement)

Registration deadline: 29th of September, 2024

Cancellation of confirmed registration is not possible after the 29th of September, 2024.

Despite your absence at the event, the full amount will be invoiced after the event.

Registration fee:

26 € for members of the organizing chambers

69 € for non-members

Please note that the list of registered you see on our website is not a final list of registered from all chambers. It only represents the list of registered from the AmCham member base.

Ground rules:

• During the evening, members of all organizing Chambers of Commerce will have the opportunity to meet each other.
• The participant's first session place will be assigned during registration via a ticket with a number and the letter A or B
• Each participant will have 3 minutes after the start to introduce their company, services, or products.
• During the next 4 minutes, participants can discuss a potential collaboration.
  
• After 10 minutes and the signal, the participants with the letter A stay in their place while the participants with the letter B move to the next table.
  
• Each short session offers a great opportunity to expand your network of contacts, potential clients, and suppliers.
