Roles and Responsibilities

• Clarifying who does what: HR, Business, Legal

Onboarding, Ongoing, and Offboarding Processes

• How to coordinate across teams key steps before onboarding, during employment, and after termination
• Monitoring expiration dates, handling data changes, and ensuring proper offboarding

Specific Scenarios

• Differences between EU and non-EU employees: specifics, timelines, exceptions
• National visas vs. Single Permit: advantages, disadvantages, and process overview
• Examples of penalties for non-compliance
