Pre-Program Phase

- 60-minute individual interpretation session
Module 1 (6h): Leader Identity & Company DNA
- How leadership personality shapes culture and outcomes
- Creating or recalibrating vision, mission, and values
- Laying the foundations for scalability and role redundancy
Module 2 (6h): Growth System – Structure, Processes & Team Leadership
- Building and sustaining effective middle management
- Developing internal leaders and high-potential talent
- Strengthening processes and accountability during growth
Follow-up Session (2h, after 1–1.5 months)
- Sharing quick wins and addressing implementation challenges
- Peer-to-peer learning from practical experiences
Final Phase
- 60-minute Action Planning session (online/live) – a concrete roadmap for your company
- E-learning and worksheets to support implementation

The program will take place at SUVKO Offices:
- Košice (KulturPark) and Bratislava (SkyPark) – with the option to attend one module in the other city if scheduling requires.
