Pre-Program Phase

• One-to-One Gallup Leadership Assessment
• 60-minute individual interpretation session

Module 1 (6h): Leader Identity & Company DNA

• How leadership personality shapes culture and outcomes
• Creating or recalibrating vision, mission, and values
• Laying the foundations for scalability and role redundancy

Module 2 (6h): Growth System – Structure, Processes & Team Leadership

• Building and sustaining effective middle management
• Developing internal leaders and high-potential talent
• Strengthening processes and accountability during growth

Follow-up Session (2h, after 1–1.5 months)

• Sharing quick wins and addressing implementation challenges
• Peer-to-peer learning from practical experiences

Final Phase

• 60-minute Action Planning session (online/live) – a concrete roadmap for your company
• E-learning and worksheets to support implementation

Dates & Format

The program will take place at SUVKO Offices:

• Košice (KulturPark) and Bratislava (SkyPark) – with the option to attend one module in the other city if scheduling requires.
