Workforce for What’s Next, with Amrop Slovakia as expert guarantor

The 11th edition focuses on a key challenge for organizations today: building a future-ready workforce and leadership pipeline.

The conference will feature keynote speakers from Norway, sharing practical insights on HR-led transformation in complex and traditional environments.

Siri Sandholt, CEO & Founder of SamSpire and former CHRO of Coop Norge, will present lessons from large-scale retail transformation, joined by Jarle Trandokken, Senior Advisor at Amrop Norway.
