THE CAPACITY IS FULL.

In the spirit of International Women's Day in March, and its long-standing meaning in Slovakia, this workshop creates space to talk about something that is often treated as private or secondary, yet shapes our careers, leadership capacity, and well-being every day.

Caring for the home, family, and community remains, despite gradual social change, largely invisible work. Statistically, up to three-quarters of unpaid labor still falls on women’s shoulders, regardless of whether they, like their partners, work full-time. Often, we don’t even realize how deeply we lack rest. We dismiss it as unnecessary or see it as an unattainable luxury, while the constant performance carousel at work and at home quietly drains us, leading to frustration and burnout.

Is it possible to improve the quality of our days without guilt or the feeling that we’re failing?

This workshop invites you to get to know yourself better, identify the activities that truly recharge your energy, and reflect on those you may be ready to let go of or delegate.

Through practical coaching exercises, you will explore how to set priorities and communicate boundaries clearly - without feelings of inadequacy. Conscious, high-quality time will become a source of strength you can draw on immediately and carry with you through future demanding periods.

Workshop focus:

  • Working with thought (mind) traps
  • Practical tips for strengthening mental resilience
  • Coaching exercises to name your needs and priorities, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate greater self-acceptance
