Women & Wealth
Thursday, May 14, 2026 From 08:30 to 14:30
Jurkovičova Tepláreň, Bottova 1, Bratislava
organized by Crowdberry

Women & Wealth by Crowdberry is a curated conference focused on capital, decision-making, and long-term financial independence for women.
The event brings together influential individuals who create, manage, or allocate capital – including entrepreneurs, investors, heirs to family wealth, and financial professionals. At the same time, it opens up the topic of investing within a broader societal context, engaging both women and men from public life, athletes, public figures, and women active in politics.
What is it about?
Not only about investing or wealth management, but about a broader perspective on influence, values, and the decisions that shape our world. It is about women and individuals who build authority, shape public discourse, and redefine what wealth, success, and power mean today.
The goal of the conference is to spark an open discussion about how women approach money, investing, and strategic decision-making across different life stages and areas – and how this compares to men.

09:05 – Panel 1: The Wealth of a New Generation: Building Authority Beyond a Family Name
A new generation of leaders is entering public and professional life with different forms of capital – economic, social, and reputational. Entering with a strong family background can bring advantages, but also expectations and unspoken biases.
This panel explores how young women build their own authority, shape their professional and value-driven direction, and establish themselves in environments historically dominated by men and seniority.
Topics include:
- Biases women face in business, investing, and public life
- When background opens doors – and when it increases pressure to prove more
- Building trust and credibility in male-dominated environments
- Decision-making around capital, influence, and responsibility
- Balancing continuity with the need for new perspectives
- How the new generation redefines power, success, and responsibility

09:35 – Panel 2: Who Has a Voice Has Influence: Women in Media and Economic Reality
Media does not just reflect reality – it actively shapes it. Those who are visible become authorities. Why are women still less visible as experts? And does this impact their income, influence, and opportunities? The panel connects media, economics, and perception – asking: if we change who we listen to, can we change economic reality?
Topics include:
- Media as a creator of economic reality
- Who gets visibility – and why
- Women as experts: where the gap emerges
- Visibility as a form of capital
- Media representation vs. reality
- Economic consequences of inequality
- Responsibility of media vs. systems
- How to actively change the narrative

10:40 – Panel 3: What Comes After Growth: Capital, Influence, and Strategic Decisions
Growth is a natural ambition in both business and investing. But at a certain point, it is no longer measured in percentages or multiples. Other questions emerge: who decides, how capital is structured, what influence it creates, and what it should enable in the next phase. This panel connects the founder’s perspective with that of investors and capital allocators.
Topics include:
- When growth becomes a means, not a goal
- Ownership vs. actual control
- Exit, stepping back, or changing roles
- From operational to strategic thinking
- Changing attitudes toward risk and time
- Capital as a tool for freedom, influence, and responsibility
