A hands-on HR Breakfast designed to help employers prepare for the upcoming transition of displaced persons from Ukraine from Temporary Refuge to a Temporary Residence Permit. This practical session will help HR professionals understand the available transition options, plan the process effectively, and prepare for the administrative steps required to ensure uninterrupted employment of their foreign workforce.
We’ll explain:
- Who is eligible for the simplified transition process from Temporary Protection Status to Temporary Residence Permit for employment purposes
- Overview of the new process
- Comparison with the standard process for employees who do not meet the eligibility criteria for the simplified transition process
- Summary of the immigration changes effective from 15 July and our practical recommendations for employers.
As part of the session, we’ll also provide practical tools that HR professionals can apply directly in their work to ensure smooth processes.
