AmCham Slovakia

The committee represents views of AmCham members in the area of secondary and tertiary education. It provides comments to educational legislation, fosters regular dialogue with the Ministry of Education and actively bridges businesses with educational institutions. Flagship business-academic programs delivered in close cooperation with the members include the Train the Trainer program and university accredited courses such Skills for Success: from University to Workplace or Hands-on HR: Global Trends.

Train the Trainer 2024

The 14th season of our "Train the Trainer" educational program was successfully completed by more than 20 high school teachers, directors and lifelong learning experts in February 2024.

Skills for Success: from University to Workplace 2024

Skills for Success: from University to Workplace is an university accredited course delivered at 5 schools in Bratislava, Nitra and Košice, with over 1000 successful graduates. Since spring 2017, its syllabus is composed by a series of professional soft-skills development workshops. In October 2024, we launched already the 9th academic season in close cooperation with our university members.
