AmCham in the Media - April 2022

As we do every month, we would like to inform you about some of the most important AmCham media appearances. 

On March 1, online portal spectator.sme.sk published an article BSCs harness Slovakia’s engineering skills, innovation and creativity about how the industry has grown into one of the country’s most dominant with further potential.

On March 3, online portal spectator.sme.sk published an interview with Peter Rusinak, BSCF coordinator and Senior Policy Manager titled Slovakia’s potential for business centres still not fully tapped.

On March 7, online portal dennikn.sk published a commentary called The Great Man of Ronald Blasko, AmCham Director, applying the great man theory on today’s key political figures.

On March 13, online portal sme.sk published What the success from the Olympics can teach us about management of the country, a co-written commentary of our AmCham Director Ronald Blaško and Soňa Muzikárová, Chief Economist at GLOBSEC, that shares a few lessons learned from the best.

On March 14, online portal spectator.sme.sk published the article Life-long education is the answer to the lack of a skilled labour force from the BSCF series, quoting several BSCF members including G.Galgoci (AT&T), Ch.Schulz (Henkel) or M. Bednar (Dell).

On March 21, online portal spectator.sme.sk published the article Focus at home, team up at work. The Covid-19 pandemic has transformed the work environment at business centres from the BSCF series.

On March 21, online portal trend.sk published Barometer: Will the Ukrainian conflict change the business setting of companies in international trade? and published Ronald Blaško, Executive Director of AmCham’s reply.

On March 22, online portal spectator.sme.sk published the BSCF industry analysis Business service sector shows how innovative Slovakia can be presenting the overview of the stories from the Business Focus issue (published in Feb 2022) dedicated to the business service sector.

On March 23, online portal index.sme.sk published the interview The state could also have a service center that large corporations have in our country with Peter Rusinak, Senior Policy Manager at AmCham. This is a Slovak version of the interview originally published in English on March 3.
