First October weekend could not have a better start for midPoint enthusiasts. They could finally all meet together in Brussels during the 3rd Hackathon event organized by European Commission together with EU DIGITs FOSSA 2.

It was a huge milestone for Evolveum, vendor of midPoint product, to meet face to face with its community and share the experience of the open source identity management software. People from all around the world starting in US, Argentina, continuing in Europe and ending in Japan created an unforgettable atmosphere. They all shared various ideas and opinions about their usage, customers and requirements how to improve midPoint. This historically first meet up shifts midPoint to its next level. Success of this event definitely means having a future similar meet up organized. Maybe even by Evolveum themselves.
