Allen & Overy Bratislava wins 'International Law Firm of the Year 2020' at Slovak Law Firm of the Year Awards. The winners were announced on 13 May in Trend magazine Slovakia. This year, the traditional gala ceremony in Double Tree by Hilton has been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Slovak Law Firm of the Year is the leading local awards event for legal professionals organised by the publishing house EPRAVO Group, in cooperation with TREND magazine. The winners are chosen by an independent panel of judges from the legal and business sector and EPRAVO Group, an independent company which monitors the activities of lawyers in Slovakia.

Commenting on the team's excellent results against strong competition, Managing Partner Martin Magál said: "Winning the Law Firm of the Year Award for the seventh time in a row is not down to luck. It is a reflection of the continued investment in our team and the dedication we show to our clients, especially in these present challenging circumstances.”

Allen & Overy also wins 'Best Law Firm in Banking and Finance 2020' award for the sixth time.
