Our Bratislava Banking & Finance team advised a club of banks led by Všeobecná úverová banka (a member of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group), which teamed up with UniCredit Bank on one of the largest-ever residential financings in Slovakia. 

The €105 million loan was provided to J&T Real Estate (JTRE), a market leader in real estate development in Slovakia, to construct approximately 500 apartments on the Danube riverside in Bratislava, in Slovakia’s first skyscraper, the Eurovea Tower, and in the waterfront building Eurovea Riverside.

The skyscraper is the central feature of Eurovea City, a new dynamic, retail, entertainment, residential and administrative quarter being developed in the Slovak capital. With its new parks, squares, sport areas and public spaces, it will become the ideal place for living and relaxing in the center of Bratislava.

The Dentons Bratislava team was led by partner Stanislava Valientová, who was supported by Managing Counsel Jozef Buday, and associates Bianca Böhmová, Richard Marcinčin, Peter Panek and Alen Gondek.
