Slovakia Inevitably Needs Successful and Efficient Implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan
Following the interdepartmental review process earlier in March and
official roundtable discussions with public representatives, AmCham
Slovakia calls for the Government of the Slovak Republic to ensure the
Recovery and Resilience Facility will be implemented efficiently and in a
transparent way.
We are convinced, that top representatives of the public administration, in close co-operation with the European Commission (EC), should fully embrace their capacities on fulfilling the meaning and goal of the document, which should modernize the Slovak economy and re-launch closing the gap between Slovakia and other European Union member states in terms of living standards.
The Chamber calls on the Government to do its utmost to obtain broad social support for the plan and to ensure the consistent fulfillment of the goals set within all 18 components of the Slovak recovery plan.
