CMS Slovakia Attorney Martina Gavalec Joins International Association of Defense Counsel

The International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) has announced that Martina Gavalec, attorney-at-law associated with international law firm CMS Slovakia in Bratislava, has accepted an invitation to join the IADC, the preeminent invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests.

“I am thrilled to join the IADC, which offers unparalleled access to a global network of the world’s leading corporate and insurance lawyers and executives, fostering professional growth and collaboration,” Ms. Gavalec said. “Being part of the IADC reflects my commitment to supporting international cooperation within the legal profession. Ms. Gavalec focuses her practice on advising national and international companies primarily on corporate reorganisations, disputes and commercial law matters. She has more than 12 years of legal experience mainly in the field of corporate transactions and general corporate advisory work across various sectors, including pharmaceutical, software, tech, energy & utility, and manufacturing. She also practices in the fields of AI and digital regulations, disputes, and intellectual property.

Mrs. Gavalec earned law degrees from King’s College London and Pan-European University.
