Bird & Bird strengthens its team in Slovakia
International law firm Bird & Bird expands its Slovak team in Bratislava. As of 1 October 2024, Dušan Predný joins the firm as Counsel and Head of Real Estate.Táňa Hegedűsová also joins the team as an associate in Bird & Bird's growing real estate and corporate practices.
With over 13 years of experience, Dušan is a highly ranked expert advising clients on corporate, commercial, real estate and related M&A matters. He often advises real estate developers, real estate companies and funds on the acquisition and financing, construction, leasing and sale of development projects as well as other real estate projects.
His clients primarily include real estate funds, developers, investment companies, private equity firms and asset management companies. Aside from real estate and construction companies, he has also provided legal advice to companies in the energy and automotive industry sectors and multinational retail companies.
Táňa Hegedűsová has experience providing legal advice primarily in the field of corporate law and real estate law, including advising on construction and commercial law.
Dušan and Táňa join Bird & Bird from another international law firm.
