AmCham Slovakia met with the Chairman of the Public Procurement Office and leaders of our Public Procurement Task Force on September 3, 2025, to discuss the implementation of the amended Public Procurement Act. 

The conversation focused on practical challenges faced by businesses under the new rules and explored ways to improve their clarity and efficiency. Selected issues will now be examined in greater depth within the broader Public Procurement Task Force, ensuring that member feedback continues to shape a transparent, predictable, and business-friendly procurement environment.
