New Construction Law: Main Changes & Challenges (business breakfast)

The Construction Act and the Spatial Planning Act, which were approved almost 50 years after the adoption of the original legislation, will enter into force in April 2024.

The main purpose of the new legislation is to eliminate the shortcomings of existing legislation in the light of the current needs of society.

Nová stavebná legislatíva: hlavné zmeny & výzvy (business breakfast)

Zákon o výstavbe a zákon o územnom plánovaní, ktoré boli schválené po takmer 50 rokoch od prijatia pôvodnej legislatívy, nadobudnú účinnosť v apríli 2024.
