Citi rolls out AI tools to its employees in Slovakia
Citi recently announced new GenAI tools in Slovakia that will make it easier and simpler for colleagues to get work done:
- Citi Stylus is a productivity tool to help colleagues gain immediate intelligence from documents in a variety of formats. The tool provides summarization and comparison capabilities and can answer questions.
- Citi Stylus Workspaces is the next iteration of Citi Stylus leveraging conversational AI that can help draft emails with simple to use writing prompts – it can also help create speaker notes for presentations, summarize lengthy documents and develop Q&As.
- Citi Assist is a desktop assistant tool to help colleagues navigate Citi policies and procedures and find information relevant to Compliance, Risk, HR, Finance. The tool currently can search Citi documents related to policies and procedures and the content base will expand over time.

The launch is part of a significant global investment designed to empower its workforce, enhance productivity, and solidify its position as a leading digital bank. To date, approximately 170,000 employees at Citi have access to the tools across 51 countries, with plans to expand throughout the year.
