KPMG Game of Business is a 2-day interactive training that combines an effective form of learning skills of the future through gamification and experiential teambuilding.

This hands-on training develops essential skills of participants by running their own business during the training and seeing results of their decisions.

They will develop skills to:

• create a strategy,
• master critical thinking,
• adapt to a changing environment,
• have an entrepreneurial mindset
• cooperate with others
• understand financial aspects

The participants can see the big picture, their entire company - all processes from the purchase of raw materials, production, sales to receiving money from customers and payments to suppliers. There are 3-4 participants in each team, who take turns and try out the role of production, sales and finance director.

We also organise KPMG Game of Business as a closed training for companies in English or Slovak language.
