SPEAKERS BIOs (in alphabetical order)

KRISTÍNA ČAJÁNKOVÁ - She has been working at ProInterier s.r.o. since 2015 as the Managing Director. She develops business relationships and oversees educational and professional implementation activities. ProInterier represents and exclusively distributes the INTERFACE brand in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, and is a member of SK GBC.

ROBIN DUFEK - Robin is the co-founder of SUSTAINOVA, a dedicated environmentalist, and an entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in sustainability. He has led, among other things, the revolution in Czech waste management and circular economy initiatives. He enjoys connecting with professionals from around the world who share his vision of positive change for our planet. In 2017, he represented the Czech private sector as a speaker at the UN High-Level Political Forum (HLPF), the UN's main platform for sustainable development.

PETER MOLNÁR - Peter is a Manager in Climate Change and Sustainability Services department of EY Slovakia. He is leading one of the Slovakia‘s foremost sustainability consulting practices and is an expert on Sustainability reporting, Green finance and Assurance over ESG information. With years of practice in consulting, sustainability and audit, he was also responsible for delivery of parts of a training to Slovakia’s statutory auditors, as part of ESG audit licence process, focusing of Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Double Materiality assessment processes and others.  In addition to managing client projects, Peter is currently at the helm of integrating environmental specialists from Denkstatt into EY and development of Stakeholder management approach for EY network globally. Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK.

LUCAS VAN DER SCHALK – Serves as the CEO of CORPLEX, a company specialising in plastics extrusion with operations across Europe, the UK, and the US. Corplex is dedicated to advancing the circular economy for plastics by creating and recycling reusable, foldable transport packaging solutions for efficient returns. Before joining CORPLEX, Lucas spent a decade in senior management positions in the automotive sector and served as Director of Operations, Plastics Division, for packaging leader DS Smith. His experience in logistical processes, lean manufacturing practices, and waste minimization has been instrumental in steering CORPLEX towards sustainability. Under his leadership, CORPLEX focuses on enhancing supply chain sustainability by implementing reusable transport packaging systems. The company offers a diverse range of tailored, foldable packaging solutions aligned with global trends in reusability, recyclability, and carbon footprint reduction. Additionally, Lucas has overseen the acquisition of recycling facilities to support take-back initiatives, repurposing end-of-life plastics into new packaging and ensuring material circularity.

IGOR ŠULÍK - Igor is the Managing Partner at Amrop in Bratislava, Slovakia, and leads the Global Leadership Advisory Services Practice Group. With over two decades at Amrop, he has expertly managed Board and C-level appointments and developed innovative leadership assessments, including the Context Driven Leadership Assessment. He is the first European certified as an i4 Neuroleader Master Trainer and a distinguished member of the AESC and ECGI. Beyond his corporate role, Šulík lectures and publishes extensively, solidifying his reputation as a thought leader in executive search and leadership advisory.

TOMÁŠ SVOBODA - A Czech entrepreneur with a successful company exit in Southeast Asia, investor, and mentor. Co-founder of the global business sustainability platform Sustainova. Member of several global impact groups such as VOYAGERS, Bridge for Billions, and Entrepreneurs Organization, where he also serves as the Global Champion for Sustainability & Impact for 18,000+ entrepreneurs and co-organizes impact events around the world, such as Impact Day in London and the EO United Nations Summit in NYC. In 2024, he was also selected for the 3-year MIT Entrepreneurial Masters Program, which admits only 68 entrepreneurs worldwide each year.
