Topical Focus Event: Change your change game: How to make your organizational change initiatives more successful!

One of the main drivers behind the need for future skills is the fact that our world is undergoing an unprecedented rate of change, affecting both our personal lives and the workplace. New business models are emerging, workplaces are restructuring, and hybrid work is becoming the norm. Unfortunately, most of the time, these changes are pushed from the top down. Not all aspects and perspectives are considered, and people are not allowed to provide input. It's time to shift from managing change to facilitating it and to update our toolkit with new, systemic, and dialogic methods.

Are you ready to change the future? Professionalize and utilize your future change skills during this event. If you are a Manager, HR professional, or Change professional looking for new ways to facilitate change, this event will provide you with valuable insights.

What to look forward to?

  • Learning what great change experiences have in common
  • Exploring a new, integrative change model - Management 3.0 Change Approach
  • Discussion around different aspects of change with fellow change facilitators
  • Practical applications of tools that you can implement immediately in your work

What will be the key takeaways?

  • Two new change facilitation tools – Change Management Game & Lean Coffee
  • Lots of tangible questions for you and your change team
  • Sharing experiences about how conversations can change the change game

The time is now: take action today to prepare for the future. Don't miss this opportunity to change the change game and register for this Topical Focus Event.
