Crisis Management & Fraud Investigation in the BSCF industry: Policy Paper
AmCham´s Business Service Center Forum (BSCF), in close cooperation with
Kinstellar and Deloitte, has recently published its policy paper
providing a practical set of recommendations for compliance, legal,
audit, and operational leaders working in business services and a
captive finance environment.
It reflects lessons learned from investigations, crisis responses, and regulatory matters affecting shared service centers in Slovakia. As a direct follow-up on the Crisis Management and Fraud Investigation workshop, the recommendations presented in the policy paper aim to support the BSCF community in building stronger crisis readiness, integrating legal and forensic expertise, and strengthening long-term resilience.
