As we do every month, we would like to inform you about some of the most important AmCham media appearances.   

On October 6, the Trend weekly published in print the article “Entrepreneurs can forget about clarity in laws“ based on our Rule of Law Initiative press release published on September 13 about the frequent and unpredictable changes presented by parliament members without the possibility to comment on the legislation. The article mentioned AmCham, the Initiative and quoted AmCham vicepresident Martin Magal.

On October 6, online portal zive.aktuality.sk published the article “They signed a declaration that the state will dig through health data. It is to consolidate them, start dividing money according to them and automate a lot“ about our AmCham Health Data Value Conference and the Bratislava declaration signed at the conference. AmCham is the driver of the Health Data Value project and a signatory of the Bratislava declaration.

On October 14, online portal blf.sk (Business Leaders Forum) published the article “Estonia, Finland, Slovakia - what do we have in common on the topic of D&I in the workplace?“ originally published in English in the current issue of our Connection Magazine.

On October 18, the website urso.gov.sk of the Regulatory Office for Network Industries published news about the excellent discussion on our AmCham Business Breakfast on of Energy Prices: What should we get ready for? discussing high energy prices, price caps, LNG or price expectations for 2023 & 2024 with Andrej Juris, the Chairman of RONI and Juraj Krajcar, Chairman of BoD of ZSE Energia.

On October 22 & October 31, online portal spectator.sme.sk as well as the printed version of Slovak Spectator published the article “Regional development can be done differently“ co-written originally by AmCham Director Ronald Blasko and published in our Connection Magazine.

On October 30, online portal webnoviny.sk published the article “Kubovič may become the new chairman of the Public Procurement Office in November, according to the government's proposal“ mentioning AmCham Slovakia as the organizer of the Public Hearing of the Candidates in September.
