Faculty of Business Management of the University of Economics in Bratislava and the AI-ImpactSK project invite companies, managers and the professional public to a series of expert online webinars focused on the practical use of artificial intelligence, digital transformation of enterprises, challenges related to the implementation of AI solutions and cybersecurity.

Artificial intelligence is no longer a topic of the distant future. Companies in Slovakia and abroad are increasingly looking for ways in which AI can support business processes, improve decision-making, increase efficiency and strengthen competitiveness. At the same time, many organisations are facing questions about where AI brings real value, how it can be implemented safely and effectively, and what barriers prevent its broader use in business practice.

The AI-ImpactSK project, implemented at the Faculty of Business Management of the University of Economics in Bratislava, focuses on examining the use of artificial intelligence in companies operating in Slovakia. The project is funded by the European Union under the Recovery and Resilience Plan.

As part of its educational and awareness-raising activities, the AI-ImpactSK project is launching a series of free online expert webinars intended for companies, managers, professionals and all those interested in modern technologies and their real-world application in business.

The webinars will bring practically oriented insights directly from experts in the field. They will focus primarily on the following areas:

• the use of artificial intelligence in business processes,
• digital transformation of enterprises,
• practical experience with AI implementation,
• barriers and challenges related to the adoption of AI solutions,
• cybersecurity.

• 14 May 2026 at 16:30
• 21 May 2026 at 16:30
• 4 June 2026 at 16:30
• 18 June 2026 at 16:30

 

The speakers will include experts from practice, such as Martin Dubeň from Onetribe, Peter Čekan from KOLAS, Marek Zeman from KCCKB, Ivan Makatura from Makatura & Semančín, representatives of IBM, AMCHAM and others. The programme will be updated continuously.
