JANA POLLÁKOVÁ - Learning designer for DEVELOR Slovakia. She holds a certificate in ID9 Instructional Design - Silver Level. She enjoys gamifying and improving training programs to create maximum involvement of all types of participants. She led the development of the popular story-based training programs Leadership inspired by Amundsen and Mission to Mars – Adaptive Leadership. Back to the Future – Modern Leaders track Ancient Wisdom is her latest endeavor that she currently works on to become another part of the story-based training programs family.

PETRA VALAŠÍK LUTTEROVÁ - Consultant and trainer, DEVELOR Slovakia. She has experience in personal development, facilitation and visualization skills, creativity, and personal branding. Her passion is creative thinking and working with graphics and visuals. In tandem with Jana, she provides invaluable trainer’s insights into the Back to the Future program development and creates its unique visual identity.
