As we do every month, we would like to inform you about some of the most important AmCham media appearances.    

On June 30 AmCham together with partners organized the press conference explaining why the wider business community welcomes the reform of the Construction Act and published the so-called 10 Recommendations for better Contruction Law. Several media informed about it: RTVS, TV JOJ, noviny.sk, TA3, Hospodárske noviny (print and online).

On July 1 Zdravotnícke noviny published an article stating that regulation cannot hinder availability of a new generation of innovative treatments. This results from the discussion and conclusions of an expert webinar organized by AmCham in cooperation with Abbvie. An article on pandemic accelerating the entry of new innovative drugs into practice was published on July 10 on mediweb.hnonline.sk

On July 2 AmCham joined the signatories of the Declaration organized by OZ Rodičia.sk on the need for open sports grounds and sports activities for kids. AmCham president Gabriel Galgóci noted that we intensively perceive the need for active movement as a necessity for the physical and mental health of adults and especially children. On July 2 Romana Grajcarová from RTVS Radio Slovakia International broadcasted the reportage called Future of Košice region being shaped informing about key takeaways from Townhall Košice event. Martin Mudrak, Michal Hladký, Pavol Sovák, Julianna Orban Máté and František Jakab were interviewed.

On July 15 we officially announced the conclusions of an expert webinar, where more than 40 experts discussed the ethical limits of artificial intelligence, organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with Microsoft Czech Republic and Slovakia within the Digital Sustainability Forum discussion platform in March 2021: openiazoch.zoznam.sk, teraz.sk.

On July 18 the SME daily published an article by Ronald Blaško with five interesting tips for summer reading that could be a mandatory reading for politicians. (print and online).
