AmCham and Slovak Pro signed Memorandum of Understanding
The strongest bridge between Slovakia and the United States is built by
people. Their experience, relationships, and willingness to bring new
ideas home can help shape Slovakia’s future.
At AmCham Slovakia, we connect companies, experts, and the public sector to strengthen the competitiveness of our country. Because the success of one company demonstrates what is possible. The collaboration of an entire business community helps turn that potential into reality.
The next step is turning relationships into concrete projects. The partnership between AmCham Slovakia and Slovak PRO can connect investors, technology leaders, and the Slovak community abroad, creating opportunities for the next Slovak success story.
One example is artificial intelligence infrastructure. Behind the digital economy stand not only data and algorithms, but also energy. The combination of American technological know-how, Slovak engineering talent, and low-carbon electricity generation creates space to explore new investment opportunities. Turning those opportunities into reality, however, also requires strong grid connectivity, competitive energy prices, and high-quality infrastructure.
Last week, AmCham Slovakia and Slovak PRO took an important step toward strengthening Slovak-American cooperation by signing a Memorandum of Understanding. Signed by Martin Maštalír, President of AmCham Slovakia and General Manager of Dell Technologies Slovakia , and Slovak PRO President Michal Simkovic at the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Washington, D.C., the agreement reflects a shared ambition to create new opportunities in business, innovation, investment, and talent development on both sides of the Atlantic.
Our ambition is not simply to have more discussions. It is to connect different perspectives and identify solutions that move Slovakia forward.
Business brings us together. Shared values unite us. Let us build the next chapter of Slovak-American partnership on this strong foundation.
